Building Engineer

Qualifications:

• Male, 25-45 yrs. old
• BS Mechanical or Electrical Engineering Graduate, preferably with PRC license
• With at least 2-3 years experience in construction
• Adept with equipment operations of mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and building life support system, and other building equipment
• Knowledgeable in Autocad and microsoft applications
• With good communication skills
